When MacGillycuddy’s opened over 30 years ago, it started as a little neighbourhood kids consignment shop on the West Side of Vancouver. Local moms saw our shop and popped in when they were walking by with their kids. Well pretty soon word started to spread - in fact all of our growth came from word of mouth. Who would have thought that we would have grown to become Vancouver’s favourite (and busiest) kids consignment store!

The secret to success for anyone in business is to follow their passion. And great kids clothes gets us excited everyday. We specialize in the best brands and the latest styles. One of the things that we are especially well known for are the French clothing lines that we carry. And the best part of our shop is that new stock comes in everyday.

One of the best parts about working here is seeing the look of our customers’ faces when they realize just how little they are paying. Prices are typically about a third of retail.

Loads of free parking. Great local favourites for a treat like Butter Bake Shop and Bigsby the Bakehouse. And kids love our play corner - in fact they tell us its one of their favourites.

From snowsuits to swimsuits, from rain boots to tap shoes, from Muddy Buddies to party dresses - we carry it all. We have clothing, footwear, books, and toys for babies and kids up size 12. We also carry many specialty items. Children love our costumes for dress up, raingear for jumping puddles and we also have a dance wear corner for ballet, jazz and tap classes. Halloween costumes are starting to come in daily. Bring us your halloween costumes!
We are looking for great quality snowsuits and boots. The brands that sell best are Spyder, Helly Hansen, Columbia, Northface and MEC. Snow boot brands people look for are Sorel, Kamik, Geox and Northface.
